We stayed with Ian and his lovely daughter for a couple of days. Of course, as always in travelling we didn`t spent too much time at home and came back in the evening after exploring neighbourhoods)), but it was so nice to return to Ian`s cozy home and to have exciting chats in his beautiful dining-room. They are really very friendly, intelligent and smart people, we liked them very much! We really hope to see you in SPb some day! And wish great impressions from ahead Paris visiting, Ian.
Natalia and Sergey arrived a few days earlier than originally planned and communication was tricky (Russian phones were problematic), but in the end everything worked out perfectly.
They are a very polite and decent couple and seem to have a wealth of travel experience. They were out early and arrived back after dark, so we had little time for conversation, but what we did have was most enjoyable (and enlightening). I hope the rest of their South African trip goes equally well for them !!
(P.S. I also Hope to make it to Saint Petersburg one day)
