I sent a request to Igor, unfortunately he couldn't host me, but as he knows everybody in Ulan-Ude, he helped me finding a host. We spent 2 great evenings together. He is very very helpful, helping me with my visit of Baikal, with my russian SIM card, etc... He is the person to know for your visit of UU !
