Alexey's open house is a cool concept and great way to mean some interesting people popping in and out, including Alexey himself who has experienced much of the world at such a young age. Unfortunately I only stayed a short time as I later moved near friends in the center, but it was a great place to start my time in Nicaragua from. Thanks again and hope the project continues with success!
